Quality Pro Services of North Charlotte is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, answering phones, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!
HVAC experience is appreciated but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
- Enter customer information accurately into our scheduling software.
- Assist customers with general questions about our services.
- Communicate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Make outbound follow-up calls when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
- Pull city permits through portal
- schedule inspections.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- HVAC or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Paid training

Schedule
- Expected Hours: 28–40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday Weekends as needed discussed with employee
- Occasional flexibility may be required during peak HVAC seasons
