JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Service Foreman, you will lead a two-person service crew to perform service repairs on commercial roofs and work on small projects in and around Central Ohio.
Essential Functions
- Respond to repair calls in a timely manner
- Operate company vehicle and restock supplies as needed
- Use the online service database to record work completed
- Communicate with clients and owners regarding the outcome of repairs
- Supervise service helper and assign work as needed
- Make repairs to various flat roof types, including TPO, PVC, and EPDM
- Make repairs to several kinds of roofs
- Assist with preventative maintenance program inspections twice a year
Qualifications.
- Must have a good driving record to operate a company vehicle
- Must be able to physically lift 50+ pounds, including tools, ladders, and materials
- Have no fear of heights
- Solid work ethic and ability to command a two-person crew as well as work on larger production crews if needed
- Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including summer heat and winter snow

Work Environment
This job operates in the field, on job sites. Work can be physically demanding. It frequently involves heavy lifting, climbing, bending, walking, and kneeling. The employee must occasionally lift or move office and other construction-related products and supplies up to 50 pounds. Work outdoors in all types of weather, particularly when making repairs. They generally work regular business hours but are also expected to work overtime to meet project deadlines. The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
