Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Serve guests with a friendly attitude, assisting with food selections and accommodating dietary preferences or restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and condiments as needed throughout the service period
- Monitor food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or assembling breakfast items under supervision
- Support catering events or banquet setups when required, ensuring timely and professional service
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Experience serving in restaurants, catering, or banquet environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Previous hospitality or dietary aide experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
