- Clear & reset tables quickly and effeciently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms & service stations
- Refill bread, water and beverages as needed
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when necessary
- Stock plates, glassware, silverware and other restaurant supplies
- Sweep, mop and keep floors free of spills and debris
- Remove trash & recycling throughout shift
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Provide friendly & professional service to guests while supporting the front of the house team
- Follow all food & safety sanitation guidelines
