Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assess repair work and provide estimates
- Complete basic repairs such as fixing wall damage and broken windows
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Assist with electrical, flooring, interior painting, drywall repairs, and much more
- Move heavy furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Clean exterior surfaces and paint as required
- Handle additional installation, repair, and maintenance duties as necessary
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines
- Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles
- Communicate with customers and handle complaints professionally
- Track billable hours and job details using our app
Handyman Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid handyman or relevant trade license
- 1+ years of experience in a handyman role
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
- Carpentry skills and proficiency with hand and power tools
- Physical ability to lift, stand, kneel, and climb ladders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (end day may extend to 6:00pm - 7:00pm)

- Overtime is require occasionally on Saturday
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience ranges from $100 - $200 daily
