What You'll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans

Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic)

Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support

Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed

Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration

Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines
What We're Looking For

Active BCBA certification
-
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
-
Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
-
Ability to pass a background check
