Position Overview:
As a Budtender, you will be at the forefront of the dispensary, interacting with guests and assisting with product selections, product education and use and ensuring compliance with all regulations and store standards. You will play a vital role in creating a warm welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm and inviting experience:
- Educate guests about various products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist guests in choosing the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and improve store operations.
- Participate in product training and stay informed about new products and trends.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
