We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring they meet each individual's unique goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to promote consistency across environments and maximize client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in intake processes, patient care coordination, and ongoing clinical reviews to support comprehensive behavioral health services.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong data collection skills with the ability to analyze behavioral trends effectively.
- Excellent patient assessment capabilities coupled with compassionate patient care approaches.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management.
- Ability to navigate HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of client information.
