Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise technique and client comfort
- Deliver a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), and laser therapies
- Conduct body waxing, hair threading, hair extensions, and hair styling services to meet diverse client needs
- Provide professional makeup application and nail care services to enhance overall appearance
- Manage client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual goals
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols for all procedures
- Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales
- Engage actively with clients through effective communication skills, upselling products/services, and social media management to promote the business
Requirements
- Valid license or certification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Barbering; additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments or injection administration are highly desirable
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, facial treatments, body waxing, hair styling, and nail care
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in aesthetic procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with retail sales and product demos is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $31.53 per hour
