Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring PCU float experience, night shifts, and an active SC or compact RN license.

Details

Hospital Medical Surgical (3T) unit setting
Travelers will float between Med/Surg and PCU units
Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
Night shift schedule: 7p–7a, 3x12-hour shifts
Weekday shifts with every other weekend required
Holiday coverage required as needed
Uses Meditech EMR

Requirements

Active SC RN license or compact RN license currently in hand required
Current certifications: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
PCU experience required due to float responsibilities
No license or background hits will be accepted
Valid driver's license (DL) required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration
