The Corporate Recruiter & Head of Agent Recruitment is responsible for building, leading, and optimizing the company’s insurance agent recruiting department. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates to creating systems that consistently bring in top-performing insurance agents.
The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter and people leader who can build a scalable recruiting engine, develop recruiting processes, manage recruiting performance metrics, and partner with leadership to support company growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a company-wide insurance agent recruitment strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Build a predictable recruiting pipeline to support continuous agent expansion.
- Create recruiting goals, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Lead and manage recruiters, coordinators, and recruiting support staff.
- Establish recruiting standards, processes, and best practices.
Insurance Agent Talent Acquisition
- Own the entire recruiting funnel:
- Lead generation
- Candidate sourcing
- Initial screening
- Interviews
- Assessments
- Licensing process coordination
- Onboarding handoff
- Identify and attract high-potential insurance agents through multiple channels:
- Social media recruiting
- Referral programs
- Job platforms
- Networking
- Community partnerships
- Recruiting events
- Build relationships with candidates and create a strong employer brand.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
