We are seeking dependable Production Workers ready to join a fast‑moving, hands‑on team. As a Production Worker, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by loading materials, running molding and forming equipment, and inspecting ceramic and plastic parts to ensure quality and consistency. All Production Worker positions are 30‑day temp‑to‑hire.
We offer our Prodcution Workder:
* Hourly Pay: $15.47-- Plus: No Cap Production Incentive! Earn more based on your output with no ceiling on your production bonus. The harder you work, the more you earn.
All shifts available!! Each shift is 8 hours long and includes:
- Two 10-minute paid breaks
- One 30-minute unpaid lunch

Candidate Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Plastic Machine Operator Duties:
- Operate hydraulic or injection press according to instructions
- Inspect parts for visible defects or flaws
- Use hand tools (e.g., files, finishing equipment) to descale and finish parts
- Assemble and pack products to meet company and customer standards
Ceramic Press Operator Duties:
- Operate a Dennison Hydraulic Press
- Perform minor setup and mechanical repairs to press and die
- Press parts and troubleshoot production issues as needed
