Salary: $15 hour to $22 hour depending on skill level
Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week (fixed schedule)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team on a part-time basis with possibly moving to full-time after 90 days. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from providing help desk support to more advanced duties such as managing IP settings, and installing fiber. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, and phones.
- Setting up computers.
- Configure and manage IP settings and assist with networking tasks.
- Run fiber and set up wiring for various systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
- Install and configure software and hardware for the client.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and platforms.
- Manage multiple tasks independently, ensuring timely completion of all projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous IT support experience is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate experience with help desk tasks.
- Familiarity with networking and fiber installation, or willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with printers, phones, and common office technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
