Most people think this is an Office Manager role.
It isn't.
You're the person responsible for making an entire clinic succeed.
At NIVA Health, every clinic operates like its own business. Our Medical Office Directors don't simply keep the lights on—they build high-performing teams, create exceptional patient experiences, drive operational results, and ensure the clinic consistently performs at its best.
You'll work alongside providers, but you'll own the business side of the clinic.
If something isn't working, it's your responsibility to fix it.
If performance slips, you'll know why.
If the team needs coaching, you'll lead it.
If patients aren't having an exceptional experience, you'll change it.
This role is for someone who naturally takes ownership, makes decisions confidently, and enjoys being accountable for results.
What You'll Own
You'll lead every aspect of daily clinic operations, including:
-
Leading, coaching, and developing your clinic team
-
Creating a culture of accountability and high performance
-
Driving patient satisfaction and service excellence
-
Managing scheduling, staffing, workflows, and daily operations
-
Monitoring clinic KPIs, productivity, revenue, and operational performance
-
Solving problems before they become bigger problems
-
Partnering closely with providers to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
-
Continuously improving how the clinic operates
Your success won't be measured by how busy you are.
It will be measured by how well your clinic performs.
Who We're Looking For
This role suits someone who enjoys being responsible for outcomes.
You're the person who naturally notices what's broken, fixes it, and raises the standard without being asked.
You lead with confidence, hold people accountable respectfully, and know how to get the best out of a team.
You're commercially aware, operationally strong, and understand that outstanding patient care and strong business performance go hand in hand.
You don't wait for someone else to solve problems.
You own them.
