Lead the Installation Team at Delta T Heating & Cooling
Delta T Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, leads by example, and is committed to delivering high-quality installations and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Oversee installation crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Read blueprints and installation specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer installation-related questions.
- Complete digital job documentation and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Previous experience leading an installation crew preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to quality.
