Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Field Technician who is passionate about technology and driven to solve problems. The core focus of this role is low voltage cable installation, with additional tasks in desktop support, hardware setup, and basic IT troubleshooting.
This position includes a 3-week training period paid at $16/hour. After successful completion of training, pay will increase to $20–$22/hour depending on skill level and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Terminate and install Cat5e/Cat6 cabling
- Routinely travel between job sites to install and support low-voltage systems
- Support and troubleshoot computer workstations, printers, iOS devices, IP phones, and scanners
- Install and support Dell desktops/laptops, HP printers, and Cisco VoIP phones
- Provide assistance for Microsoft Windows, Office, and various software platforms
- Deliver professional customer service in both clinical and commercial environments
- Assist with meeting/presentation tech setup
- Handle asset tracking and hardware/software inventory
- Manage basic IT user accounts and documentation
- Occasionally work after hours and weekends as needed
- Must have your own basic tools for cabling and mounting work
- Lift up to 90 lbs and work on ladders up to 14 ft as needed
