The HR Associate supports daily human resources operations and provides administrative assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and applicants, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and leave administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
