We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Technician to join our dynamic team in the plastics manufacturing sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality plastic products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic processing equipment such as injection molding machines, extruders, and blow molding machines.
- Conduct start-up and shut-down procedures, ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on processing machinery to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Document process parameters, adjustments, and production reports accurately.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of plastic processing techniques, machinery, and materials.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in plastics processing preferred.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
