Manufacturing Facility in Howell (Farmingdale), New Jersey
Compounder Blenders are an essential part of Maple Holistics' success! They properly weigh ingredients, label, and document products, and mix and blend materials. Good basic math skills are essential in this position to calculate percentages, reconcile inventories, and convert measurements
Responsibilities:
- Execute batch records and procedures.
- Ensure product’s effectiveness and purity.
- Weigh components used in batches and document pre-weighs.
- Make pre-blends for larger batches.
- Complete daily scale checks and calibrations.
- Monitor inventory.
- Maintain records manually and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze processes, determine the next steps and ensure all prior steps are completed.
- Communicate and document processes in multi-tasked/multi-shift operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day;
- Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose;
- Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.;
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold);
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of GMP, OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform tasks carefully, accurately and efficiently in accordance with specific instructions and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Ability to follow through on assignments and complete in a timely and competent manner.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Positive leadership and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
