Bespoke Event Rental is a rapidly growing event rental company specializing in premium tents, event infrastructure, furniture, staging, flooring, lighting, and equipment for universities, sporting events, festivals, weddings, and corporate events throughout Pennsylvania and the Northeast.
We're seeking an experienced, dependable leader to oversee our Penn State Football tailgating operations during the football season.
Position Overview
This is a seasonal leadership position responsible for managing all on-site event operations for Penn State Football home games.
The Event Operations Foreman will oversee crews responsible for delivering, setting up, maintaining, breaking down, and returning event rental equipment used for premium tailgating experiences.
This position requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring every event is executed safely and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise event setup and breakdown crews
- Manage all football game tailgating operations
- Coordinate the delivery and return of rental equipment
- Ensure tents, tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment are properly installed
- Oversee cleaning, organization, and quality control of rental equipment
- Assign daily responsibilities and manage crew productivity
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, equipment, and operational needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and exceptional customer service on-site
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading crews in event rentals, tent installation, construction, logistics, moving, warehouse operations, or similar industries preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple employees in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
Schedule
This is a seasonal position supporting Penn State Football home games. Position has ability to move full time after the season.
Work includes:
- Home football weekends
- Setup days before games
- Game day operations
- Breakdown following each game
Applicants should be available throughout the Penn State football season and understand that game schedules may require early mornings, evenings, and long event days.
