What You’ll Do:

Provide individualized, in-home nursing care

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient condition and respond to changes

Assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
-
Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
-
Eligible to work in the United States
-
Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans is a plus
-
Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus
-
Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes, are a plus
-
Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting, is a plus
