Starting Pay: $60/hour
Real Roots Counseling is seeking a fully licensed, warm, relational, and clinically skilled adult therapist to join our growing group practice in Vancouver, WA.
We are looking for a clinician who values clinical depth, authenticity, collaboration, and meaningful therapeutic relationships, and who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and/or adults navigating longstanding emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns.
Experience or interest in working with couples is a bonus and preferred, but not required.
Our practice has a particular interest in clinicians who have experience with OCD, OCPD, anxiety disorders, perfectionism, trauma, personality dynamics, attachment, and complex clinical presentations. Specialized experience is valued, but we are also interested in clinicians who are motivated to develop expertise in these areas through provided training and consultation.
Position Details
- Fully licensed provider
- W-2 employment
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Starting at $60/hour
- Compensation may increase based on experience, specialty training, and clinical expertise
- $25/hour for administrative time
- Hybrid schedule with both in-person and telehealth opportunities MUST BE WILLING TO SEE CLIENTS IN PERSON AT LEAST HALF TIME

Real Roots Counseling provides credentialing, contracting, and billing support for a growing panel of commercial insurance plans, including:

QualificationsRequired
- Active, unrestricted Washington State license as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Psychologist, or equivalent
- Fully licensed to practice independently in Washington State
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently while participating in a collaborative practice environment
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and high-quality clinical care
- Professional reliability and timely clinical documentation
Preferred
Experience or training in one or more of the following:
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD)
- Anxiety disorders
- Perfectionism
- Trauma
- Personality dynamics
- Attachment
- ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)
- CBT
- ACT
- EMDR
- Psychodynamic or depth-oriented approaches
We are particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy complex clinical work and understanding the patterns underneath presenting symptoms, rather than simply focusing on symptom reduction.
