Position Overview
SeeWriteHear is seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Front Office Assistant to support our daily office operations.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a steady weekday morning schedule and a role that offers variety throughout the day. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, organizing files, monitoring supplies, and assisting with general office and administrative tasks.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and staff while helping keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team. If you enjoy staying busy, keeping things organized, and supporting others, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and create a positive first impression for guests and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls and general inquiries
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Perform opening office procedures and help prepare the office for the workday
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing administrative and accounting documents
- Monitor office supply inventory and notify management when items need replenishing
- Deliver packages or materials to various departments as needed
- Operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, and phone systems
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding office needs or updates
- Assist with general office and facility-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
- Arizona paid sick time provided in accordance with state law
- Part-time status does not include additional benefits at this time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
