Title: Warranty Manager
Turn customer challenges into smart solutions and help shape a warranty operation built for growth.
We’re looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to lead warranty and customer service cases for a growing manufacturing organization. This role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, field coordination, and operational leadership.
You’ll own each claim from initial review through final resolution, working closely with customers, internal teams, field personnel, leadership, and legal counsel. The right person is organized, decisive, technically capable, and comfortable taking charge when the answer is not immediately obvious.
What You’ll Do
- Manage warranty and customer service cases from initial report through final resolution.
- Lead and support the Warranty Support Team.
- Coordinate field personnel, site visits, repairs, and other corrective work.
- Communicate directly with customers and provide clear, timely updates.
- Review the technical and financial responsibilities associated with each claim.
- Work with leadership and legal counsel on complex warranty matters.
- Analyze warranty trends to identify recurring issues and reduce future claims.
- Prioritize schedules, resources, and assignments based on customer needs and business impact.
- Improve warranty procedures to make the process faster, more consistent, and easier to scale.
- Research new tools, systems, and strategies that strengthen warranty operations.
- Ensure claim records, supporting documentation, decisions, and outcomes are complete and accurate.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and other internal teams to develop practical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- At least four years of relevant manufacturing experience or a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and construction processes.
- Experience handling warranty claims, customer issues, field service, quality concerns, or technical resolutions.
- Proven ability to manage employees, schedules, priorities, and multiple active cases.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- A practical, proactive approach to solving both immediate and long-term problems.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or manufacturing software.
- Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of technical products and services.
Travel and Work Environment
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires regular on-site presence in a manufacturing environment. Monday through Friday availability is expected. Frequent travel, including commercial air travel and overnight stays, may be required to support customer sites and warranty resolutions.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading people, and turning difficult customer situations into positive outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact across the organization.
