Budtender Super Chronic Club Olympia
Super Chronic Club is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused budtender to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, leads by example, and is passionate about cannabis education, compliance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a top-performing Budtender
- Ensure compliance with all Washington State cannabis laws, WAC/RCW regulations, and company policies
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic during every shift
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and desired effects
- Educate customers on safe and responsible cannabis use
- Stay informed on new cannabis products, vendors, and industry trends
- Process transactions accurately using the dispensary POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
- Support coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate operational or compliance concerns to management
- Support store marketing through social media engagement and product awareness
Qualifications
- Previous cannabis retail or leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Washington cannabis laws and compliance standards preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17.50/hour
- Semi-monthly pay schedule
- Tips earned every shift
