We’re a growing event activity rental company bringing energy and excitement to corporate events, weddings, private parties, and more. Our services are fun, hands-on, and make a serious impact at any gathering. We’re currently expanding and looking for someone special to help take our Indianapolis, IN region to the next level.
About the Role
This is not your average job — it’s a chance to get in on the ground floor of something exciting. We’re looking for a motivated, flexible, and entrepreneurial people who are ready to get their hands dirty, have fun, and help make fun events and a fun company even better.
To start, this will be a part-time, high-paying role supporting anywhere from 1–5 events per month — perfect for someone with a flexible schedule and a hustle mindset.
Initial Responsibilities (Hourly Pay):
- Load, transport, and set up / break down rental equipment at events
- Be a reliable, positive presence internally and with clients
Growth Path:
For the right candidates, your role could expand to include:
- Business development: Networking, reaching out to planners, building relationships
- Managing or hiring event crew (if/as needed)
- Continuing to oversee and optimize inventory and logistics
- Social/digital marketing
What We’re Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial mindset – You want more than just a paycheck
- Hands-on attitude – You're not afraid of physical work or responsibility
- Flexible schedule – Events aren’t 9–5, and neither is this. Since we're in the process of scaling up, this is not a full-time position - the ideal candidate will be able to commit to leading events when they get booked (usually weeks or months in advance), and schedule their other jobs/responsibilities accordingly.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work that includes lifting, pushing, etc.
- Clean driving record and valid Indiana Driver’s License (depending on location)
- Bonus if you have: experience in events, logistics, sales, or leadership
