Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
- Lead and coordinate client review meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and service items.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM.
- Coordinate planning and service initiatives with advisors and planning teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and transitioning relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement planning strategies.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and education strategies.
- Perform advanced analysis using financial planning software and modeling tools.
- Prepare detailed planning reports and supporting documentation for client meetings.
- Collaborate with relationship advisors to present planning strategies.
- Evaluate portfolio allocations relative to long-term client goals.
- Research tax law changes, regulatory developments, and planning opportunities.
- Assist with implementation of complex financial planning strategies.
- Maintain accurate planning documentation within the CRM system.
- Support advisors with scenario modeling and planning recommendations. Serve as the lead advisor for high-net-worth client relationships.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial planning strategies.
- Lead client meetings and long-term planning discussions.
- Identify opportunities for business development and client growth.
- Mentor junior advisors and planning staff.
- Collaborate with leadership on firm strategy and service development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
- Represent the firm in professional and community engagements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- CFP® designation preferred or in progress.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex financial and tax scenarios. or’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in business development or client acquisition.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug test
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and office equipment

- Mobility of body, rotation of neck
- Ability to be onsite daily required
- Ability to lift light objects (20 pounds)
- Precise hand-eye coordination for data entry and account reconciliation
