Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct routine field supervisory visits and oversee medication management for home care clients in the Douglas, GA area. Offering $32 to $34 per hour with extreme scheduling flexibility, this is an ideal role for a nurse looking to supplement their income with light, weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine home visits to evaluate caregiver performance and assess quality of care.
Manage client medication systems, including pre-filling pill planners, reviewing compliance, and reconciling prescriptions.
Complete timely clinical documentation, care plan updates, and supervisory notes per Georgia home care regulations.
Communicate client progress or status changes with family members, physicians, and clinical agency leadership.
Qualifications
License: Active, unencumbered LPN license in Georgia (or valid multistate NLC compact license).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (home health or home care preferred).
Skills: Strong organizational skills, self-direction, and proficiency with clinical documentation.
Transport: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance for local travel.
