We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive & Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day business and administrative operations.

Position Summary
The Executive & Personal Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and operational support across multiple businesses. No two days will be exactly alike. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of managing a broad range of responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning
- Organize files, documents, and business records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage incoming communications and prioritize requests
Bookkeeping & Accounting Support
- Process invoices and receipts
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile transactions and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with accountants and bookkeepers
- Track expenses and prepare financial reports
Business Operations
- Assist with project coordination across multiple companies
- Help develop and document business processes
- Conduct online research and gather information
- Support vendor and client communications
- Maintain CRM and business management systems
Writing & Communication
- Draft emails, letters, and business correspondence
- Assist with marketing materials and content creation
- Proofread and edit documents
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries
Personal Assistance
- Handle personal scheduling and appointments
- Coordinate family and household-related tasks
- Assist with special projects and errands as needed
- Manage various personal administrative responsibilities
QualificationsRequired

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
