Overview:
Our client, a leading provider of medical imaging solutions, is expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer specializing in X-ray systems. This role involves supporting healthcare clients across Atlanta, GA with the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical imaging equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain medical X-ray imaging systems at client sites- Perform preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and execute timely repairs
- Document service activities for internal records and client reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal support teams
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience servicing or installing medical imaging systems- Solid knowledge of X-ray equipment and related technologies
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
