TCLU Roadie / Production Assistant (Touring Position)

Ace Metaphor Productions is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Roadie / Production Assistant to join our touring production team for the Fall 2026 season of Tonight's Conversation Live + Uncut (TCLU).
Tour setup and strike experience is required. This position is ideal for someone with live event, concert, theater, or touring production experience who is comfortable working long days, traveling frequently, and contributing wherever needed to ensure successful event execution.
Position Requirements
- Must reside in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area
- Must be available to travel continuously from September 10, 2026 through December 14, 2026
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must maintain current automobile insurance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Must have reliable communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Prior touring, concert, theater, corporate event, or live production experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with venue load-in and load-out
- Support stage setup, breakdown, and equipment movement
- Assist production team with event-day operations
- Help maintain organization of production equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with venue staff, stagehands, and production vendors as directed
- Support backstage and front-of-house production needs
- Assist with merchandise sales and inventory management as needed
- Assist with guest services, ticketing support, and ushering responsibilities as needed
- Ensure production areas remain clean, safe, and organized
- Perform additional event and production-related duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits
- $250 per production day
- $100 per day per diem
- Hotel accommodations provided
- Ground transportation provided
