Who You Are
- A highly skilled craftsman with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision fabrication.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in custom car restoration, hot rods, or collision repair.
- Expert-level welding skills (TIG & MIG preferred).
- Proficient in metal shaping tools and machining (pull max, mill, lathe, English when, planishing hammer, etc.)
- Experience in composites, fiberglass work, and panel fabrication is a plus.
- Thrive in a team-driven, high-performance environment where deadlines and quality go hand-in-hand.
- Ability to problem-solve, innovate, and refine existing processes.
- Self-motivated with a drive to continuously perfect your craft.
What You'll Do
- Breathe new life into iconic classics, restoring them to showroom or track-ready perfection.
- Perform custom metal fabrication, structural repairs, and precision panel fitting.
- Handle fiberglass work, body panel replacements, and high-quality collision repairs.
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools to craft elite-level restorations.
- Work with composite materials, sheet metal, and chassis fabrication to ensure vehicles meet exacting standards.
- Disassemble and reassemble vintage and high-performance classic models with expert precision.
- Collaborate with engineers, painters, and mechanics to bring projects to life.
- Maintain meticulous records of time, materials, and processes to ensure efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, because precision starts with discipline.
