Pro Shop Manager

Heritage of Hawk Ridge is looking for an organized, customer-focused Pro Shop Manager to oversee daily operations while helping deliver an outstanding golf experience for members, residents, and guests.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends golf operations, food and beverage, events, retail, and team management. No two days are exactly alike, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00/hour ($45,760 annually)

What You'll Do
- Manage daily Pro Shop operations, tee sheet scheduling, and reservations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting golfers with check-in, payments, and course information.
- Coordinate leagues, tournaments, outings, and special events.
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations within the Pro Shop.
- Plan food specials and menus for tournaments, leagues, patio events, and member activities.
- Manage inventory for golf merchandise, food, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead Pro Shop staff.
- Monitor daily financial reporting, deposits, and inventory records.
- Create social media posts, promotional emails, and event marketing.
- Work closely with Walters Golf Management, the HOA, and the golf course superintendent to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility while helping oversee golf cart operations and routine maintenance.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
- Has experience supervising staff, scheduling employees, and managing inventory.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Has basic knowledge of golf operations (preferred).
- Can work weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events as needed.
- Can lift 30-40 pounds and remain on their feet for extended periods.
