Unlike most spas and franchises, our therapists receive a guaranteed hourly wage for every minute worked, including setup time, cleanup time, meetings, training, and supporting the team.

What You'll Do
- Customize treatments to meet each guest's individual needs
- Educate guests on treatment plans and self-care recommendations
- Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage experiences
- Work collaboratively with our team to help guests achieve their wellness goals
- What We're Looking For
- Wisconsin Massage Therapy License
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate
- Strong communication and guest-care skills
- Therapeutic massage experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation
Full-Time: $60,000–$85,000+ annually
Part-Time: $20,000–$52,000+ annually
Compensation is based on experience, skill set, and schedule availability.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
