What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and/or delivery processing in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal standards.

Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of site operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
