We're growing our team in Kansas City, MO and are looking for a Call Center Representative who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll handle customer calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information while delivering a professional and positive experience with every interaction.
What Your Shift Will Involve
Every day brings new opportunities to assist customers and support our call center operations.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with account inquiries, billing questions, orders, payments, and service requests
- Researching customer concerns and providing accurate solutions
- Resolving customer issues during the first call whenever possible
- Updating customer accounts and documenting customer interactions accurately
- Explaining products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers
- Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Working closely with team members and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service
Typical shifts may include:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend shifts are shared fairly across the team.

Previous experience as a Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Inbound Call Center Representative, Customer Support Representative, Customer Service Associate, Client Services Representative, or in another customer-facing role is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.

- Full-time opportunities available
- Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Rotating weekends based on business needs
