Sandpiper Condominiums is currently seeking dedicated, flexible and service orientated individuals to fill the following position: 2 Seasonal Housekeepers
Job Description
- Working in teams cleaning beachfront condominiums.
- Must stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must pay attention to detail, do quality work while working at a fast pace.
- Change the bed linens and make the bed properly. Check under beds.
- Clean bathroom, including walls, mirrors, toilet, floor, tub and shower doors /curtains.
- Dust, clean inside drawers, vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
- Clean windows, patios and clean furniture on balcony.
- Wash, dry and fold bath and bed linens, when assigned.
- Clean kitchen appliances, counter, glassware, dishes, utensils, etc.
- Replace amenity items in the guestrooms on a daily service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and overtime when required.
- Practice energy conservation at all times.
- Attend work on time as scheduled and adhere to attendance policy.
- Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company.
- Treat people with respect, practice good work ethics and have a good working attitude.
- Abide by Sandpiper Condominiums property policies and procedures.
- Provide the highest quality of service to the guest and owners at all times. Anticipate and exceed guest and owner expectations.
- Practice safety standards at all times and keep the property safe for guests and fellow employees. Use wet floor signs as required. Use personal protective equipment. Follow proper use of approved chemicals and accurately label chemical containers. Always use gloves when handling chemicals.

- Must pass background test for position. Bring government issued DL or ID and SS card to interview if you are selected.
- Salary: $15.00 per hr
Experience: Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred) Hotel housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
