As a key member of the Naturopathic by Design team, the Patient Care RN will provide essential clinical and administrative support. This role involves managing patient communication, triaging concerns, coordinating lab orders, and handling administrative tasks. It is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while ensuring excellent patient care.
**This role is approximately Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 4:30pm PST for 30 hours a week.
Bonus to have an active RN License in California or Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication: Respond to messages, triage concerns, reschedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- EMR Management: Review lab results, process refill requests, send lab orders, coordinate follow-ups, and upload reports.
- Lab Coordination: Manage lab orders, track results, and resolve processing issues.
- Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, manage reminders, handle prior authorizations, and assist with invoicing.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active RN Washington Compact license and resides in a PST time zone.
- Experience in women's heath preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR and office software (Elation EMR preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
