We are seeking a Pilates Studio Manager / Community, Sales & Fitness Operations Lead to oversee FS8 Harrison's daily operations, staff, and member experience.
This role is perfect for you if you have experience in fitness leadership, Pilates or group fitness instruction, sales, and team management, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, boutique studio environment.
You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, coaching classes, mentoring staff, and ensuring every member has an exceptional FS8 experience. You will also help grow the studio through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence.
This Role Is a Great Fit If…

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Sales
- Lead pre-sale strategy to ensure a successful studio launch and build a strong base of founding members
- Track leads, trials, and membership conversions to meet KPIs
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
- Manage email, virtual communications, and member inquiries promptly and professionally
- Open and close the studio, including setup and breakdown
Coaching & Member Engagement
- Coach a minimum of 12 classes per week (flexibility for coverage as needed)
- Build strong relationships with members to foster retention and community
- Clearly explain FS8 programming and membership benefits to prospective members
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to support initiatives
Staff Leadership & Development
- Hire, train/onboard, and oversee studio staff management (Trainers and Front of House)
- Conduct trainer evaluations on agreed upon cadence (based on trainer tenure)
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all classes
- Host regular team meetings to maintain operational standards and clear communication
- Communicate consistently with staff regarding updates, program changes, and member data
Community & Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to support B2B partnerships
- Represent FS8 in the community to enhance brand awareness and studio growth
Requirements & Expectations
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry preferred
- Experience in Pilates, group fitness, or functional training
- Experience with Mindbody Business Online or similar studio management software
- Strong sales and business development skills with proven KPI success
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Weekend availability required
