McCann Services Inc., an HVAC company, is looking for experienced and dedicated SERVICE TECHNICIANS. Our family has been in the HVAC business for over 65 years, with many longtime customers. We specialize in high end residential and light commercial.
Our HVAC service territory is Central, Southwest, West and Northwest Houston and suburbs. We are hiring positions in our Installation department.
Skill Requirements for Installer:
-Drug free
-EPA refrigerant license type II or Universal
-Clean background
-Fluent English
-Goal driven
-Customer service oriented
-Clean cut (no visible tattoos)
-Proficiency in residential and/or light commercial
-Minimum 3 years experience as a service technician
-Good Driving Record (No DUI/DWI)
-Able to work overtime if needed
-On call rotation

Service Technician Applicants:
Requirements (no exceptions):
~Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC as an Service Technician a residential background
~Minimum 4 years total in HVAC
~EPA certified
~Texas HVAC Registration
~Must have Social Security card, current driver's license and good driving record (No DUI/DWI)
~Background check is standard with all applicants
~Must be motivated and present a clean, neat appearance
~Must understand that our customers are number one priority
~Must have great English language skills
~ Job will be mostly service with some help required with install in slow periods.
Additional information for Service Technician Applicants:
~Will require you to be in an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
~NATE certification a plus, but not required
