We're looking for a compassionate and flexible Residential Trainer to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our 24-hour residential programs. Each day brings new opportunities to make a difference-whether you're helping clients start their morning routines, leading recreational activities, or ensuring a safe, supportive home environment.
What You'll Do:

Support daily living and personal care needs

Encourage healthy habits and independence

Lead fun, engaging activities

Provide behavioral support under professional guidance

Float between residential locations and schedules as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with intellectual disabilities or related coursework preferred
