Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion

Coordinate with internal leadership, Project Managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production timelines

Manage site logistics, materials, deliveries, and inventory control

Lead weekly production meetings and provide consistent progress updates

Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

Maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, RFIs, photos, safety records)

Enforce job site safety, compliance, and security while supervising field teams
