Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This position blends reception, client care, and facility maintenance - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and friendly space.
- This position requires a high level of initiative, with the ability to complete tasks independently without prompting. Candidates should be proactive during downtime, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Required for part time : Fridays 8:30am-2pm or 2pm-7:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am-2pm or 2pm-7:30pm, and every other Sunday 9:30-5:30pm. Possible Tuesday shift 12pm-6pm
- Time and a half pay on Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional service in-person, by phone, and email
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Open and close the studio (lights, equipment, doors)
- Process payments and balance the cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms, common areas, restrooms, and break room
- Wash, fold, and restock laundry and linens
- Organize and stock supplies and retail products
- Perform administrative duties (filing, inventory tracking, data entry)
- Assist with social media content creation
- Assist with marketing emails
Qualifications:
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Comfortable with cleaning duties and physical tasks
- Experience in wellness, spa, or healthcare settings a plus
- Reliable and able to work independently
