The Powder Coating Production Supervisor is responsible for production shift operations and for ensuring maximum productivity.

High School Diploma or GED
-
Post-secondary training in LEAN management or production skills enhancement an asset.

Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and production
-
Powder coating experience preferred
-
LEAN environment preferred
-
Multi-cultural environment preferred
Skills & Competencies
-
English (Read, Write, and Speak)

MS all and SAP preferred
-
Extruder, mill and mixing operating experience preferred
-
Basic knowledge of production processes
-
Basic computer-controlled machinery experience preferred

Basic understanding of maintenance, safety and quality principles an asset.

Ability to operate a forklift an asset.
