Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a skilled and patient‑focused MRI / X‑Ray Technologist to join our imaging team in the Boardman office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy orthopaedic practice with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and an outstanding work‑life balance.

Essential Responsibilities
- Perform MRI and diagnostic X‑ray procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Ensure high‑quality images while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Prepare and properly position patients for imaging exams
- Ability to perform venipuncture for contrast enhanced studies
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in the medical record
- Maintain imaging equipment, perform quality control checks, and follow radiation safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and HIPAA requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- MRI/RT ® ARRT certification required
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of ACR accreditation criteria a plus
- Previous experience in MRI and X‑ray preferred but newly certified candidates are encouraged to apply as well
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical setting
