We are looking for a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our established maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round position with a stable local company and an excellent benefits package.
We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and can work independently while also being part of a strong maintenance team.

What You’ll Do
- Perform general apartment and building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Troubleshoot heating and HVAC issues
- Repair and replace locks, doors, windows, fixtures and other building components
- Complete apartment service-request work
- Diagnose maintenance problems and determine the appropriate repair
- Work independently while following company and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance, construction or building-repair experience
- Good working knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems
- Familiarity with heating/HVAC systems is a plus
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Professional when interacting with residents
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Able to perform the physical requirements associated with building maintenance
On-Call Rotation
Our maintenance technicians participate in an after-hours on-call rotation approximately one week every two months. We pay for on call along with any mileage incurred.
Compensation
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
We have positions for technicians with different levels of experience and compensate accordingly. Please let us know your compensation requirements when applying. The pay listed is a guide and we are willing to pay more for an experienced technician.
