Job Summary
Join our dynamic service team as a Lube Technician for the Service Bay! Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes promptly and thoroughly, ensuring all manufacturer specifications are met
- Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and inspections with precision
- Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and safety standards
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks in the service bay
- Support automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and recommend appropriate repairs
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and brake inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive service procedures
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, and alignments
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely during vehicle maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid mechanic or automotive service technician experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants
