Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our team in Jackson Center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within manufacturing and industrial facilities. Your work will directly support a safe, hygienic environment and ensure operational efficiency across multiple buildings.
This is a partner-based role, meaning you will work alongside another cleaner to complete daily assigned tasks.
Schedule & Pay
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7-hour shifts, starting at 4:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 6-hour shift, starting at 4:30 PM
Position Details
- Safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and rubber gloves are required.
- This position involves a lot of walking and mopping in a factory environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in hot conditions.
Pay:
- $14.00/hour + $1.00/hour performance bonus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily industrial cleaning of production and common areas
- Sweep and mop large floor spaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Wipe down surfaces and high-touch areas
- Maintain cleanliness in walkways and shared spaces
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and site protocols
- Coordinate tasks with assigned partner
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company and client cleanliness standards
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Capable of physical labor including lifting and extended movement
Safety & Dress Code Requirements
Employees must wear required PPE at all times, including:
- Hairnet or beard net (if applicable)
- Hardhat
- Safety vest
- Earplugs
- Safety glasses
Not allowed on site:
- No piercings of any kind
- No jewelry
Food & Drink Policy
- Only plain water is permitted
- Must be in the original water bottle (no flavored drinks or soda)
- Water may only be kept in the break room or personal vehicle

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
