Important: An active Colorado Real Estate License is mandatory for this position. This role is commission-based only, with no base salary, hourly wage, or per-appointment pay.

Work closely with the lead agent to support their high-volume business and ensure a seamless client experience.

Coordinate and handle all client logistics, including property tours, inspections, and final walk-throughs.

Provide detailed, written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine the client’s search criteria.

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and the PLACE Partner Call.

Participate in team activities and script practice per established team standards.

Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and graduate from the PLACE New Agent Launch program.

Active Colorado Real Estate License (Required).
