The Saints Of The Most High Learning Academy LLC is seeking dedicated and faith-driven Childcare Instructors to care for and guide children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old in a spiritually centered environment. Instructors will help nurture the development of each child through structured activities, biblical values, and a commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a strong moral foundation, and the ability to foster a safe, respectful, and enriching space for learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher (Preferred)
Key Duties Include:
- Supervising and nurturing children in a safe and caring manner
- Planning and leading age-appropriate, spiritually aligned learning activities
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
- Communicating professionally with parents and staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Following state regulations and academy guidelines Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old - High school diploma or GED required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Must pass a background check
- A heart for children and alignment with biblical principles
